We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order. Simply email us at hello@bishefridge.com with your order number and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you in processing your return.
Please note that each fridge return will incur a $20 restocking fee and the shipping fees on any returns are non-refundable and both items will be deducted from the total. In order for us to process your return, your items must be unused, must contain all accessories and all original packaging must be shipped in its original condition.
Returns under limited warranty
If you need to return your item because it doesn’t work properly and it’s covered under the one year limited warranty, please fill out the warranty card inside your user manual and contact us at hello@bishefridge.com for further assistance.
The bishe fridge has been created exclusively to chill skincare products such as:
- Face mists
- Lightweight creams
- Most serums
- Eye creams
- Water or gel based cleansers
- Toners, lotions and essences
Always check the ingredient’s list on your products to ensure you can chill in the fridge. Do not use your bishe fridge for food or anything other than skincare products to avoid cross contamination and bacteria.
- Preservative-free formulas
- Moisturizers
- Some thick creams
- Sheet masks
- Gua sha
- Face rollers
The bishe fridge is not suitable for products such as:
- Oils
- Balms
- Clay masks
- Sunscreens
- Thick creams that may contain oil-based products
- Other serums depending on their formulation
We do not recommend placing oil based products inside your bishe fridge because the ingredients may separate and might change their consistency.
The ideal temperature for all your skincare products is 50°F and it's recommended to not chilled at a lower temperature.
The bishe fridge features dual temperatures of 50°F and 65°F.
- Use the 50°F mode for all your skincare products, beauty tools and sheet masks.
- A warmer setting of 65°F is recommended only for sheet masks and beauty tools such as face roller, gua sha, etc.
No. A beauty fridge should not have condensation or water leak problems at any time.
Your bishe fridge is created exclusively for your skincare products and features a unique double-fan cold air system with an intelligent constant temperature ensuring your fridge to be leak-free and condensation-free.
If for any reason, your bishe fridge is not working properly, please turn off, unplug and contact us.
We recommend against it. Not only the kitchen fridge temperature is not the optimal for your beauty products, but it may also cause cross contamination and bacteria growth.
Your bishe fridge features a sealed magnetic door and a 360° sealing bacteriostasis, which inhibits any bacteria growth inside!
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States on all our products! Please allow up to 72 business hours to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days once your order has been processed. We currently only ship within the USA. We do not ship to PO Box.
Please note we do not fulfill orders that contain a pre-ordered item and will only be fulfilled once the item is back in stock.
